Urban 360 provides property management services operating throughout the London area. Our business is operated from our head office on the Highgate Borders in N19.

We adopt a proactive approach to management, scheduling routine maintenance and agreeing maintenance plans with our clients. We ensure our contractors follow best practices and regularly spot check work.

We offer management of a single apartment or house to blocks of apartments or rows of terraced houses. We also provide an empty property care plan.

Our service adds value, providing a barrier between Landlord & Tenant and ensures the tenancy is managed in accoradance with current law and procedures to protect you and your property.
